Senior Wireless Industry Executive Joins July Systems Management Team
Derek Peachey to Augment Sales & Corporate Development, Efforts for Smartphone Applications, Mobile Internet Publishing & Advertising
New York, N.Y. – April 22, 2009 – July Systems announced today the appointment of Derek Peachey as Senior Vice President of Sales & Corporate Development. This announcement is in line with July Systems’ push to maximize return on mobile internet and advertising opportunities by strengthening product sales and strategy efforts.

As Director of the Americas, Content & Software Aggregation, at Nokia, Peachey helped expand the footprint of Nokia’s content distribution in the region before returning to July Prior to his tenure at Nokia and July, he was Senior Director of Business Development & Channel Team Lead at Handango, a leading provider of mobile content and applications. At Handango he was responsible for the signing of multiple customers and partners including Verizon Wireless, Cingular Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint PCS, Motorola, RIM, Nokia and Samsung Mobile.
