
Lifetime Networks Selects July Systems to Deploy Mobile Portal
Santa Clara, CA, Oct 22 2007 – July Systems, the premier provider of mobile solutions for media, entertainment, and sports brands, announced it has been selected to deploy a mobile portal for Lifetime Networks, the leader in women’s entertainment and one of the top-rated basic cable television networks. July will enable Lifetime to leverage its brand through extensive content and programming information providing users anytime anywhere access to personalized services and promotions on their mobile phones. The mobile portal is expected to be available to subscribers of all major North American operators including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile among others.
Lifetime’s mobile portal will be designed to offer users a rich multimedia experience with compelling features such as interactive games, polls and blogs, lifestyle content, the latest show news and TV schedules, daily horoscopes, and photo galleries. Users will also be able to sign Lifetime’s important breast cancer awareness petition as well as enter sweepstakes via their mobile phone.
